Basmati Rice, Chicken breast, MF Tikka Masala Sauce (Onion 27%, Tomato, Water, Sugar, Salt, Sunflower oil, Spices, Ginger, Green Chili, Garlic, gram flour & maize starch (E1422), citric acid (E330). MF Passata Rustica (Tomatoes, Acidity regulator: Citric acid), Yogurt - fat free, Water, MF Tikka Masala Paste (Curry powder 32%, Water, Sunflower oil, Ginger, Salt, Cinnamon, Tomato puree, Garlic, acetic acid (E260), Coriander, Mustard, Chili powder, Cumin, Turmeric, Cardamon, Clove, and other ground spices), MF Garlic Paste.
Cooking Instructions:
Microwave Frozen
Cat E Cook time: -6 min. 800w (medium) (or it depends on Microwave brand) Remove outer packaging and place lid on loosely.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir gently and cook for a further 1 minute.
Stand for 1 minute and serve.
Pan Frozen
Heat in the pan for 10 – 15 minutes

Keep Frozen at -18°C or Colder
