Cooking Instructions:
Microwave Frozen
Cat E Cook time: -8 min. 800w (medium) (or it depends on Microwave brand) Remove outer packaging and place lid on loosely.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 6 minutes.
Stir, Cook for a further 2 minutes
Stand for 1 minute and serve.
Pan Frozen
Heat in the pan for 10 – 15 minutes
