One of MF favorites, Pastry Bites filled with spinach with pine nuts, sumac and pomegranate molasses, that lend its sweet & sour taste. Ideal as an appetizer or indulgent snack that is just as easy to bake for minutes till deliciously golden & crisp.
Ingredients:
Pastry dough (all-purpose flour, water, vegetable oil, sugar, dry yeast, salt), spinach filling (Spinach, onion, olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, sumac powder, sugar, salt, pine nuts, cumin powder, coriander powder).
Cooking Instructions
Frozen to oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the pastries for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and crisp.
Tip: For extra crispiness, lightly brush the top with Olive Oil.
Storage information
Keep Frozen at (-18°C) or Colder
