Jasmine Rice, Chicken Breast, Sweet & Sour Sauce, Water, all purpose Flour, Red Capsicum, Green Capsicum, White Onion, Pineapple Chunks, Cornstarch, Baking Powder, Vegetable Oil, Table Salt, Sesame Oil, Less Salt Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Garlic Powder, White Pepper Powder
Cooking Instructions:
Microwave Frozen
Cat E Cook time: -9 min. 800w (medium) Remove outer packaging and place lid on loosely.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 6 minutes.
Stir, cook for a further 3 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
Pan Frozen
Heat in the pan for 8 – 10 minutes

Keep Frozen at -18°C or Colder
