Cooking Instructions:
Microwave Frozen
Cooking time: - 8 minutes - Cat E - 800w
(Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave brand/ power)
Remove outer packaging and place lid on loosely.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 6 minutes.
Give it a gentle stir, then cook for a further 2 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and serve at once.
Pan Frozen
Heat in the pan for 10 – 15 minutes
