Chicken thighs, Japanese Teriyaki Sauce (Soy sauce (soy bean meal, wheat, salt, water), water, glucose syrup, sugar, fructose syrup, Jasmine rice vinegar, dextrose, garlic, tapioca modified starch (INS1414), ginger, xanthan gum (INS415), sodium benzoate (INS211)), olive oil, Japanese Less Salt Soy Sauce (Water, soy sauce (soy bean meal, wheat, salt, water), sugar, salt, dextrose, sodium benzoate (INS211)), spring onions, brown sugar, sesame seeds, smoked paprika, celery, salt, garlic powder, dry mustard, black pepper powder.
Cooking time: - 8 minutes - Cat E - 800w

Remove outer packaging and place lid on loosely.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 6 minutes.
Give it a gentle stir, then cook for a further 2 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and serve at once.
Heat in the pan for 10 – 15 minutes
