Cooking Instructions:
Microwave Frozen
Cat E Cook time: -8 min. 800w (medium) Remove outer packaging and place lid on loosely.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 6 minutes.
Stir, cook for a further 2 minutes.
Remove from the Microwave and serve at once.
Pan Frozen
Heat in the pan for 8 – 10 minutes
