Cooking Instructions:
Microwave Frozen
Cooking time: 9 minutes – CAT E – 800W
(Cooking time may vary depending on the brand/power of your microwave)
Remove outer packaging and place lid on loosely.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Stir gently and cook for further 2 minutes.
Pan Frozen
Heat in the pan for 10 – 15 minutes
