1- Bring the water to a boil in a large pot, adding little salt.
2- Add the pasta to the boiling water.
3- Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes or until almost tender but still a bit firm to the bite.
4- Drain the pasta in the colander.
Store in a cool, dry place.
